Payments & Withdrawals Policy
Information on deposit methods, withdrawal requests, KYC verification, and transaction processing on our international platforms.
1. General Deposit Terms
Deposits can be made via the cashier section of your personal account. All payments must originate from a bank account, credit card, or e-wallet registered in the account holder's name. Third-party payments are not accepted and will be returned.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by chosen payment method and are clearly displayed during the transaction process. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly, unless there are delays at the payment provider.
2. Rules Regarding Withdrawals
When you request a withdrawal, we attempt to refund it to the same payment method you used for your last deposit. If this is technically not possible (e.g., with prepaid cards), you will be asked for an alternative method, such as a bank transfer to an account in your name.
- Wagering of deposits: Due to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, every deposit must be wagered at least 1x to 3x before it can be withdrawn.
- Processing time: Withdrawal requests are typically processed by our financial department within 24 to 72 hours. After that, the actual receipt time depends on the chosen method (e-wallets are often instant, bank transfers take 1-5 business days).
- Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly maximum withdrawal limits may apply, depending on your account status and specific platform policy.
3. Identity Verification (KYC)
To ensure a safe gaming environment and comply with international regulations, platforms require documentation to verify your identity, known as the Know Your Customer (KYC) procedure. Verification is typically requested before your first withdrawal or upon reaching a certain withdrawal threshold.
Required documents may include:
- A valid identity document (passport, ID card, or driver's license).
- A recent proof of address (utility bill or bank statement, not older than 3 months).
- Proof of the payment method used (e.g., a photo of the credit card or screenshot of the e-wallet).
4. Transaction Fees
We strive to offer transactions free of charge. However, with frequent withdrawals within a short period, or with specific payment methods, administrative fees may be charged. In addition, you are responsible for any conversion fees or charges levied by your own bank.
